Beginner

For those new to Pilates* or returning after a break. Build body awareness, learn foundational movements, and move at a steady pace.

All Levels

Mixed-level sessions designed with modifications and intensifications. Great for progressing while moving at your own pace.

Intermediate

Focus on control, alignment, and precision. Designed for clients familiar with the Reformer who are ready to challenge themselves. ‎

Advanced

Strong, focused, and fast-paced. Advanced reformer classes are designed to refine balance, deepen control, and build strength.

What to Expect in a Cloud Reformer Class

  • 55-minute sessions using the Allegro 2 Reformer

  • Small group classes — only 9 reformers per session
